Optimized Production Control

TENLLiS’ production team has 40 years of OEM/ODM experiences. We have been constantly upgrading our electronic equipment for each step of the production process, from string making to fabrics sewing.  We adopted the same equipment used by the top three manufacturers in Europe and the U.S. in order to further optimize our production operation.  Automation assisted by craftsman-like technicians, combined with production operation system controlled by cloud service, our team can effectively manage the production schedule and control every link of the production flow, generating efficient production capacity of 20,000 mattress per month while maintaining high production quality of higher than 90% first-time pass yield.

 

Certifications & Quality Control

Not only do we strive to optimize our manufacturing process, we have dedicated resources to research and have developed globally patented technologies, such as high elasticity and anti-slippage technologies.  Our mattresses are also certified to have met hotel-grade fire prevention standards. We constructed the traceability of source materials through our operation management system. In order to uphold our high quality of standards, we have built brand new laboratories to conduct stress, durability, and load tests on our mattresses. Our comprehensive distribution network and white-glove delivery service provide retail customers seamless and hassle-free purchasing experience, while our storage solutions add flexibility to our wholesale customers. Our vertically integrated production process has enabled us to create one-stop service for retail and wholesale customers.

Marketing & Service

TENLLiS has cultivated 30 years of brand reputation and perfected our retail sale expertise with time. Every resident sleep consultant in our stores has been rigorously trained to use physical therapy pull test developed by the American Chiropractic Association to find the mattresses and pillows tailored to a customer’s need. We then analyze the customer feedback to adjust our products for speedy product enhancement and elevate our customers’ quality of sleep to a new level.

ODM & OEM

One of the greatest advantages TENLLiS has is our 40 years of mattress OEM/ODM experience. We are the first mattress manufacturer to pioneer the consistent production process; we have 30 years of brand management expertise; our database contains information of more than one thousand kinds of raw materials; we procure our materials from certified, reliable sources globally; and our specialized teams are capable of providing one-stop service for all our customer’s need.  To start the planning process, our designer initiates the interview inquiry by either visiting onsite to understand our client’s needs, or by collecting desired specifications provided by our client. Then our designer will utilize our comprehensive database to assist product design and devise experiments for data analysis. Samples will then be made and provided to our client for suggestions and approval.  After the samples are verified by the client, we will start the mass production process.  We will also offer services for channel distribution, warehousing, transportation logistics, even overseas delivery with FOB or CIF options.
